Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 14, 2026

Station Pilot is the digital notebook for gas station owners. This Privacy Policy explains how Station Pilot collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the app and any available account, cloud backup, multi-user, and analytics features.

Information we may collect

Depending on the features you use, account information may include your email address, account identifiers, and authentication-related information. Station information may include sales, fuel and delivery records, expenses, payroll, shift records, reconciliations, card and supplier balances, lottery records, reports, notes, and other operational information you choose to enter.

Cloud storage and multi-user access

When cloud features are enabled, certain account and station information may be stored, backed up, or synchronized through cloud infrastructure. Station owners may invite authorized users, and those users may access station information according to the permissions assigned to them.

Analytics and diagnostics

Station Pilot may collect limited product analytics and diagnostics such as general app usage, feature usage, crash information, and app or device performance data. We aim to avoid using sensitive station content for analytics when it is not needed.

How information is used and shared

Information may be used to provide and improve Station Pilot, operate authentication and cloud features, generate the calculations and reports you request, provide support, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. Service providers may process information as needed for authentication, hosting, cloud storage, backup, analytics, diagnostics, payments, and related infrastructure.

Station Pilot does not sell users' personal information to advertisers and does not use station financial records for advertising.

Retention and deletion

Information may be retained while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward when needed for security, fraud prevention, legitimate business purposes, legal obligations, or backup processes. Users may request or initiate deletion of their Station Pilot account and associated data through available in-app controls or by contacting support. Some information may be retained when legally or operationally required.

Security

Station Pilot uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Station Pilot changes. We will update the date above when material revisions are made.
