What Station Pilot is
Station Pilot is a business recordkeeping, calculation, and operational support tool designed for gas station owners. It is not a licensed accounting, tax, legal, investment, or financial advisory service.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information you enter.
- Estimated profit, margins, reconciliations, reports, lottery commission estimates, and other calculations depend on user-entered information and should be reviewed by the business owner.
- You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for deciding which users receive access to your station account.
- You may not misuse the service or attempt unauthorized access.
Subscriptions and features
Subscription, billing, cancellation, and refund terms will be presented where applicable. Features and availability may change over time as Station Pilot develops.
Availability and warranties
Station Pilot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Software may occasionally contain bugs, errors, interruptions, or unavailable services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Station Pilot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from inaccurate user-entered data, unavailable service, or business decisions made using the service.
